Big Hat Ranch is a 20 acre, fully fenced horse property. Our 6 stall barn has large 12' x 12' stalls, an enclosed and air-conditioned tack room, feed room, stall fans, cross ties, wash rack station, round pen, and riding arena. The property is fully fenced and has 3 separate cross fenced pastures for turn out and pasture boarding.
The owners of Big Hat Ranch live onsite and have 4 horses, 2 donkeys, 1 LGD, 2 doodles, 2 barn cats, and 14 +/- chickens, and 2 kiddos who are grown.
Horses are fed grains twice a day with soaking and supplements allowed. Routine water checks and filing throughout the day, Fly masks, blanketing, exercising,, de-worming, and grooming services are available.
Horse owner pays for feed, hay, supplements, and other necessities. ALL HORSES MUST HAVE CURRENT HEALTH CERTIFICATE & NEGATIVE COGGINS TEST - NO EXCEPTIONS.
The property has plenty of room for parking living quarters and livestock trailers. RV hook-up (30A) is available for $35 per night. No dumping available.
Boarders have access to and use of our temperature controlled and enclosed tack room with saddle stands, storage, and mini refrigerator.
Riders have the use of the riding arena for lessons and practice. The arena is partially shaded and has a beautiful view of one of the ponds on the property.
The ranch has a 40' round pen available for lunging, warm-up, or training.
